Free, no obligation

Not sure what you need? Start here.

Most organisations that come to us do not arrive asking for a specific product. They arrive knowing something is slower, more manual or more error-prone than it should be, without knowing what would fix it.

That is exactly what this conversation is for. You describe how you work; we tell you where technology would genuinely help, where it would not, and what it would take. In writing, free, and yours to keep either way.

How the consultation works

1

We listen first

A conversation about how your organisation runs day to day: what takes too long, what gets lost, what you keep having to redo. No technical vocabulary required.

2

We map where technology would help

We identify the places where a system would genuinely save time or money, and just as importantly the places where it would not be worth the disruption.

3

You get a written summary

What we would recommend, in what order, with rough effort and cost. Yours to keep whether or not you work with us.

4

You decide

If something makes sense, we scope it properly. If nothing does yet, we will tell you that. We would rather be useful than sell you something you do not need.

Book your free consultation

Tell us a little about your organisation. You do not need to know what you want built - describing the problem is enough.

Common questions

What does the consultation cost?

Nothing. The first conversation and the written summary that follows are free. We only quote once we both understand what is actually needed.

I do not know anything about technology. Is that a problem?

No, and it is the most common starting point. You are the expert on how your organisation works; we are the experts on what technology can do about it. The conversation is about your operations, not about software.

What if I am not sure I need anything at all?

That is a perfectly good reason to book. Part of the value is finding out whether a change is worth making yet. We will say so if the honest answer is not right now.

How long does it take?

The first conversation is usually 30 to 45 minutes, in person in Kampala, or by call or WhatsApp video. The written summary follows within a few working days.

Will you try to sell me the most expensive option?

No. We frequently recommend the smaller change first, because a project that succeeds and gets used is worth more to both of us than a large one that stalls. Where an existing system can be fixed rather than replaced, we will say so.

Do you work with small organisations?

Yes. We work with everything from single-branch clinics and churches to government departments. Small organisations often get the fastest return, because a single well-chosen change removes a large share of the manual work.
