For churches and ministries
Your congregation extends well beyond the people in the room. We design, install and run the media setup that lets a service reach them clearly, using equipment and bandwidth you realistically have, and we train your team to run it themselves.
End-to-end streaming to YouTube, Facebook and your own site, sized to the bandwidth you actually have rather than the bandwidth a manual assumes.
Camera placement, switching and framing for services, conferences and conventions, including live switching during the service.
Sound system design, mixing for both the room and the stream, and correcting the feedback and muddiness that plague most church halls.
Sermon clips, testimony films, event recaps and announcement videos, edited and delivered in formats ready for each platform.
Setup and configuration of lyrics, scripture and slide systems so the person running them on Sunday is not improvising.
Building a volunteer rota that can run a service without you, with documented roles and a handover that survives people moving on.
Usually not. We start by auditing what your church already owns, because most teams are getting far less out of their existing cameras and sound desk than the equipment is capable of. Where something genuinely needs replacing we tell you what and why, and give you a staged plan rather than one large bill.
That is who this is mostly designed for. Volunteers have limited time and turn over regularly, so we build simple documented routines and train several people per role, rather than making everything depend on one skilled person.
We work within the connection you have. That may mean streaming at a lower bitrate, recording locally and uploading after the service, or a hybrid. A slow connection changes the approach; it does not rule out streaming.
Yes. We travel for setup and on-site training, and provide follow-up remotely. Travel is quoted separately and transparently.
Yes. This service is us doing the work: designing and installing your setup, or producing an event. The training programme teaches your own team to run it. Most churches use both, starting with setup and then training the team to take over.
We will look at your space, your equipment and your connection, then tell you what would actually improve things most for the least money.
