I need help with my church media

Get your services sounding and looking right

Your congregation extends beyond the room. We set up the sound, cameras and streaming to reach them properly, using the equipment you already own, and train your volunteers to run it.

Sound familiar?

  • The stream cuts out, or nobody can hear the preaching
  • You bought equipment that is not being used properly
  • One person knows how everything works, and they are not always there
  • Recordings are unusable, so nothing gets posted

If any of those land, we can help. Tell us which one.

No obligation. We reply with next steps, and tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.

Outcomes

What you get

Sound people can hear

Mixed for both the room and the stream, with the feedback problems solved.

A stream that stays up

Matched to the bandwidth you actually have, not what a manual assumes.

A team that can run it

Several people trained per role, with checklists, so it survives volunteers moving on.

Process

How it works

01

We assess your setup

Your building, your equipment, your connection. Most churches are underusing what they own.

02

Set up and configure

We get it working properly and document how it is put together.

03

Train your volunteers

Hands-on training on your own equipment, so nothing is lost in translation.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

Do we need to buy new equipment?

Usually not. We start by auditing what you already have, because most teams get far less out of their cameras and sound desk than the equipment can do. Where something genuinely needs replacing we explain what and why, and stage it rather than handing you one large bill.

Our internet is slow. Can we still stream?

Yes, with the approach adapted. That may mean a lower bitrate, recording locally and uploading after the service, or a mix. A slow connection changes how we do it; it does not rule it out.

Can you train volunteers rather than staff?

That is mostly who this is for. We build simple documented routines and train several people per role, because volunteers have limited time and turn over.

Do you travel outside Kampala?

Yes, for setup and on-site training, with follow-up remotely. Travel is quoted separately and transparently.
