I need to go digital

Get off paper without disrupting how your team works

Digitisation fails when a system is imposed on people who were never brought along. We map how the work really happens first, then change it in a way that sticks.

Sound familiar?

  • Records are in files, ledgers and books that cannot be searched
  • Management cannot see what is happening without asking three people
  • You tried a system before and staff quietly went back to paper
  • Reporting takes days of manual assembly

If any of those land, we can help. Tell us which one.

Outcomes

What you get

Records you can search

Historical data migrated, not abandoned, so the past is still there when you need it.

Visibility for management

Reporting that answers your actual questions without someone assembling it by hand.

Staff who use it

Training by role is part of delivery. That is the difference between adoption and shelfware.

Process

How it works

01

Audit the real process

Including the undocumented workarounds. Digitising a broken process just breaks it faster.

02

Redesign, then digitise

Decide what to automate, what stays manual, and what should simply stop.

03

Migrate and train

Move the records, train each role, and stay close during the first weeks.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

We tried this before and it failed. Why would this be different?

That is the most common situation we are called into, and it is almost never a technology problem. It happens when a system is dropped on people without redesigning the process or training them properly. We audit the workflow first and treat training as part of delivery, not an afterthought.

What happens to our existing paper records?

We agree during scoping what gets migrated. Usually the active records and a defined period of history, with the rest archived. We do not simply abandon what came before.

How long does it take?

A single department is typically six to twelve weeks. Organisation-wide runs in phases over several months, sequenced so each phase delivers something usable.

Do we have to replace everything at once?

No, and we would push back if you wanted to. Phased change is more likely to succeed and easier for your team to absorb.
